The original caterer I was working with stopped responding and could not confirm the order. So, 4 days before my wedding, I was panicking about the food situation. “ First time here. This is amazing. First off I got the large size which gives you 4 scoops of protein. Entirely too much food for one person but it was so good. I got the house poke with spicy tuna, Marinated tuna, and marinated salmon with half sushi rice half brown rice. It was delicious. The employees were great and allowed us to sample the proteins before ordering and were very helpful explaining the options. The menu could be a little intimidating without help.
